Microsoft Edge users using Google Bard will receive a Bing annoying ad as a bonus.

Microsoft Edge’s developer release has a new Bing AI address bar advertisement. However, it appears only when you visit bard.google.com, the main competitor.

Microsoft Edge is a good alternative Chromium browser to Google Chrome. However, it displays some irritating new rivalry tactics: advertising Microsoft Bing AI while you are trying Google Bard AI. According to Twitter user and developer Vitor de Lucca a developer version of Edge now displays a Bing ad alongside the Google Bard URL.

Edge will automatically point to bard.google.

Microsoft will add a Bing AI advertisement to Edge’s Address Bar when you try Google Bard.
