The methylation tests are the most accurate biological age test in the world, and also the most accurate way to predict life expectancy. Unfortunately, until recently, these tests were only available to the scientific community or to those who had deep pockets. This is no longer true, because Steve Horvath’s Clock Foundation offers a DNA methylation test (also known as a GrimAge) this Christmas for an unbelievable low price of just $175. The price is incredible, considering these tests were normally priced at $450 and not readily available last year.
