AI 100: the most promising artificial-intelligence startups for 2023
CB Insights announced the winners of its seventh annual AI 100, a list that includes the 100 most promising AI private companies around the world.
One-third of the winners this year are focused on AI solutions across specific industries, such as visual dubbing in media & entertainment or textile recycling in fashion & retail. Forty vendors focus on solutions that span industries, such as AI assistants and human-machine-interfaces (HMIs), climate tech, smell tech, digital twins, etc.
In addition, 27 companies are working on tools such as vector databases and synthetic datasets that will support AI development.
