SigmaOS launches an AI assistant with contextual information for its browser

OpenAI has launched an official ChatGPT iOS app, but most AI-powered chatbots can be accessed via the web. Browsers are now integrating AI-assisted features into their apps. SigmaOS, a web browser startup backed by LocalGlobe and Y Combinator, launched its AI assistant to a small group of people on Thursday.

Airis is a unique AI assistant that, according to the company, understands the context of a page and provides answers accordingly. Airis can be used to answer questions or explain words like \”United\”. It will understand that you’re asking about the football club and not the word alone.
