Analyzing Data and Personal Experience to Optimize HDL Levels for Maximum Longevity, Disease Prevention and Disease Prevention

What is the optimal HDL for minimizing disease risk and maximizing longevity?
Here is my latest video.

The optimal HDL level is 55-60 mg/dL, according to a meta-analysis of the relationship between HDL and all-cause mortality. In the video I also present data from 85y to 115yr-olds, which suggests that HDL levels in the range of 55-60 mg/dL are optimal. I also show my HDL data from the past 15 years (n=34), my HDL correlation with my diet and how I intend to consistently increase my 15-year HDL average of 44mg/dL into the 50’s.
