Andrew Beam explores the potential and challenges of artificial intelligence in medicine.

A new journal and podcast look closer at artificial intelligence in medical practice

ChatGPT isn’t the only option available. Google, IBM, and Microsoft are all involved in medicine. I believe Microsoft uses ChatGPT. Bard’s responses to many questions have been more helpful than Google so far. I hope Google continues its good work. Whoever is ahead in AI I hope that it will help humanity. Ask Bard AI and Bing AI about how they plan to help humanity. Now, they have slightly different answers but are similar. Bing initially was unsure if the Singularity would be helpful to humanity, but Bard was adamant that it would. Bard is my favorite. I trust him more than ChatGPT. But I’m a bit biased. I am a Pixel super fan and own a Pixel 6 as well as having owned many Google products and services. What are your opinions on AI and medicine? I believe we should be careful because hackers can manipulate it more easily than chat bots, but there is also great potential for humanity.

Andrew Beam, co-host and deputy editor of an AI journal and a podcast, talks about the power and the challenges of this powerful tool.
