Is intermittent fasting our life hack for longevity?

The term intermittent fasting refers to periods where you abstain from eating and periods when you eat regularly. For example, you could skip breakfast, eat a later lunch or fast the entire day once or twice per week.

Research suggests that intermittent fasting can be a life hack to solve many age-related issues, but it is not conclusive.

John Newman, Geriatrician, University of California San Francisco, told Inverse that there isn’t a single \”perfect\” diet. He said that science is pointing us towards the idea of keeping our metabolism flexible.
