In the Innovation Forums of Basel Life Conference 2018, we are opening the section Aging and Drug Discovery in Basel. This is a convergence of AI, longevity and drugs discovery. We were welcomed by Dr Alex Zhavoronkov from InSilico Medicine and Dr Morten Schbye-Knudsen, University of Copenhagen. He showed some examples of age face recognition, highlighting the importance wrinkles caused by smoking and others. It was suggested that looking younger meant living longer. After this wonderful lecture, I immediately corrected my make-up.
