Children’s Hospital Los Angeles reports that three-fourths (74%) of adults and kids with advanced cancers at different locations in the body responded positively to larotrectinib, a novel treatment that targets a genetic mutation.

Researchers published the results of the phase 1/2 trial in the New England Journal of Medicine on February 22, 2018.
