My favorite LaTeX editor is Overleaf: >https://www.overleaf.com?utm_source=yt&utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=im22tb My thanks to Overleaf for sponsoring today’s video!

I use pgfplots to create most of my graphs and plots in LaTeX. LaTeX, a typesetting language, is what I prefer to use for graphs. I can control every aspect of my graphs with great precision, the formatting is native and easy to adjust with the rest my document. It also has a syntax that is similar with the rest LaTeX, which I use daily. This video will show you how to create 2D graphs as well as scatter plots. Bar charts, 3D surface and line plots as well as 3D surface plots.
Why I use LaTeX for graphs and plots.
Why I use Overleaf for my LaTeX Editor.
The 2D plot is the simplest.
3:57 Adjusting preamble
4:49 Customizing plot color, style, marks, samples.
6:25 Adjusting the axis boundaries, labels, and title.
9:04 Plot domain.
9:45 Second example: ticks and tick labels. Grid lines.
Add text nodes.
15:18 Third example: Scatter plot using imported data
18:38 Fourth example: color-coded scatter plot.
20:16 Fifth example: stacked bars chart
21:23 Version History in Overleaf
22:00 Sixth example: 3D surfaces and mesh plots
25:47 7th Example: 3D Curve Plot
