Decaffeinated and caffeinated coffee consumption may both be beneficial to your health. A systematic review of 2,019 published in the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, which aimed to \”investigate whether caffeinated and/or decaffeinated consumption is associated with all-cause mortalities\”, found that \”similar inverse relationships [between] decaffeinated and caffeinated [coffee] [and all cause mortality]. ]\”

Is coffee good for you? Do coffee drinkers have a longer life expectancy than those who don’t drink coffee?

Google receives approximately 4,400 searches a year about \”why coffee is bad\” (for comparison, the search term \”why coffee good for you\”, only gets 1,300 requests a month).

In order to find out if coffee consumption can help people live longer, I began my research. Can coffee help people live longer and be healthier? What is the correct dose? How much is too much?
