The future is here. Machines that think for themselves, which have been depicted in sci-fi fiction and film over the years, are now becoming a real thing.

Artificial intelligence (AI), which is computers or devices that perform tasks that normally require a brain, has been a topic of discussion since antiquity. Alan Turing, a British polymath, was the first to seriously address the issue in his seminal paper Computing Machinery and Intelligence published in 1950. Turing wrote, \”I propose that we consider the question ‘Can machines really think?’
