How to live forever with Dr. Aubrey de Grey

What is Dr. Aubrey de Grey like?
Aubrey de Grey, an English biomedical gerontologist and author, is a well-known English author. He is Chief Science Officer at the SENS Research Foundation, and Vice President of New Technology Discovery for AgeX Therapeutics, Inc. He is editor-in chief of the academic journal Rejuvenation Research. He also wrote The Mitochondrial Free Radical Theory of Aging, and Ending Aging. He is well-known for his belief that medical technology could allow people to live longer and not die of age-related diseases.
A mathematician by hobby, he has also contributed to the Hadwiger-Nelson Problem. His research is focused on whether regenerative medicines can stop the aging process. He is working on what he calls the \”Strategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence\”, a collection techniques that are proposed to rejuvenate and stop the aging process.
In order to achieve this, he identified seven types molecular and cell damage caused by metabolic processes. SENS is an array of proposed therapies that aim to repair the damage. De Grey is a professor at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and a fellow of Gerontological Society of America. He also belongs to the American Aging Association and Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies.
