Walmart, Meta, and LinkedIn are currently testing internal AI options that are safe to use with company data. These are either generative AI “playgrounds” that provide a range of models for employees to choose from or, in the case Meta, their own internal chatbot.
These examples contrast with companies such as Goldman Sachs and Amazon, which have banned the public use of generative AI tools, like ChatGPT.
