What is the Difference Between AI Machine Learning?
Both Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are terms commonly used interchangeably. They are not the exact same thing. Artificial Intelligence, which includes Machine Learning, is a broad field.
I will attempt to differentiate AI from Machine Learning in this article. I will explain that Machine Learning isn’t the same as Artificial Intelligence. It is a component of AI, like a cog in a machine.
First, I will discuss both concepts, then describe their subsets and finally, state the relationship between them. I will explain how Machine Learning as a cornerstone idea fits into AI.
