As we’ve all been taught that death is inevitable and will come to us one day, we think about what legacy each of us will leave behind. What if you could pursue your passions, hobbies and dreams?
What if there was no need to die? The average lifespan of humans continues to rise as science and medicine progress. This is due to better medical care and medications that treat disease. Some scientists believe that immortality could be possible in the near future.
We must first understand the laws of physics to begin to understand aging. The second law of thermodynamics states that anything made of atoms will rust, fall apart, and disintegrate. All of us are made up of atoms. These atoms have to obey the second thermodynamic law.
There are currently drugs called senolytics that are based on small molecules and are intended to eliminate zombie cells. It is good that these defective senescent cellular persist in emitting harmful chemicals which damage healthy cells and cause inflammation. This is one of the main mechanisms of aging. This is just a part of the aging process.
