The LEAF at Eurosymposium on Health Ageing
On November 8-10, 2018 the Fourth Eurosymposium on Health Ageing (EHA), was held in Brussels. We had the chance to speak about aging and advocacy as well as engage new audiences.
The EHA, a conference that Heales hosts every two years, brings together people who share the same interests in research and advocacy to exchange knowledge and hear from experts and researchers. We were delighted to be asked to make two presentations at the conference, and to share our experience and knowledge with the audience.
Nicola Bagala, a LEAF staff writer, spoke about the social issues relating rejuvenation biotechnology. She discussed the need for a healthier and longer life for everyone, the reasons behind public skepticism and the common pitfalls in advocacy.
