Michael Lustgarten, Ph.D. is a scientist with the Tufts University Human Nutrition Research Center for Aging. He lives in Boston, Massachusetts. His current research focuses on the impact of the gut metabolome and serum microbiome on muscle function and mass in older adults.
This series of interviews features Dr Lustgarten sharing his experience of his rigorous n-of-1 experiment over the past 7 years. He shows us how to conduct a similar test by tracking our food, sleep and exercise, measuring results, and determining relationships between them with a goal of increasing our healthspan.
