Professor Haim Cohen, director of the Sagol Healthy Human Longevity Center of Bar-Ilan University, focuses a lot of his research efforts on the SIRT6 Protein. He and his team published in May 2021 an article showing that over-expressing SIRT6 in a mouse model increased lifespan by 30%.
