Masahiko inami and his University of Tokyo team have created a wearable, multi-armed device named \”Jizai Arms\” to study the social interaction between users of robotic limbs. The device can be controlled remotely and has sockets that allow up to six articulated arm attachments. The project aims to investigate how technology can be used as an extension of a human body.
