Johns Hopkins: Artificial Intelligence for Healthy Aging

Hopkins uses artificial intelligence to promote healthy aging

Johns Hopkins receives the grant for using artificial intelligence to promote healthy ageing. The National Institute of Aging allocated Hopkins over $20M for their plans to promote healthy ageing.

This new development is going to help senior citizens live a more enjoyable and fulfilling life. Johns Hopkins plans to use the funds allocated over five years in order to create an AI and Technology Collaboratory (AITC).

Members of the new collaboratory include the Whiting School of Engineering and Carey Business School, as well as the Johns Hopkins University Schools of Medicine and Nursing. Members of the collaboratory include senior citizens, technology developers, members from different industries and representatives from Johns Hopkins University.
