Kazan 2018: Interventions for extending healthspan and lifespan
In April, the Interventions to Extend Healthspan & Lifespan conference, held in Kazan (Russia) from April 23-26, was the highlight. This conference featured over 40 distinguished speakers in the field of aging. It was the fifth one to be held. Topics included epigenetics and genomics as well as metabolomics. Elena Milova, LEAF’s board director, attended the conference and interviewed several experts in attendance. These included Dr. Andrei Gudkov (who was also present) and Professor David Gems.
