DeepMind co-founder suggested that an AI chatbot be tested to see if it can turn $100,000 into $1,000,000. This would measure the AI’s human-like intelligence.
DeepMind co-founder, Jeremy Clarkson, believes that the Turing test has become outdated as a way to measure AI intelligence. In his book he proposes a new concept where AI chatbots must turn $100,000 into $1,000,000.
The co-founder DeepMind, Google’s AI lab, believes that AI chatbots such as ChatGPT could be tested to see if they can turn $100,000 into $1,000 million dollars in a modern Turing test which measures intelligence.
Mustafa Suleyman, formerly the head of applied AI for DeepMind, and now CEO and Co-Founder of Inflection AI, has released a book entitled \”The Coming Wave\”: Technology, power, and the twenty-first century’s greatest dilemma.
Mustafa Suleyman claimed that the original Turing Test was outdated, as it is \”unclear\”, whether it’s still a \”meaningful landmark\” in AI intelligence.
