I used Generative AI to create a synthetic self and you can too
In the last nine-months, the topic of generative AI has dominated the headlines. The focus is usually on the existential risk it poses to businesses and the copyright issues or the suspicions surrounding deepfakes. There are more and more ways to integrate it into business.
Customer service is one of them. Samsung Neon was a great example of what embodied artificial intelligence could achieve. Samsung created a suite of impressive customer service agents, whose profiles could be matched to those of customers who needed help.
I wanted to create an avatar that looked a little ‘uncanny,’ so it would look like me but also be a bit artificial.
