Ready?\n\nThe 200-year old man who is the protagonist of this podcast finds himself in the same position that I described at the beginning. He has had enough of life and only wants to die. He refuses a deal which would make him immortal.\n\nThe podcast’s message is that aging, even if it is clear that you have nothing left to live for, is still better than suicide. From the Frying Pan to The Fire: Aging and Tiredness

Why aging won’t help you if your tired of living…

Imagine that you are completely and irreparably sick of living. You want to die. How willing are you to endure around 20 more years of a life you cannot stand, especially in a declining state of health? If you’re tired of living right now, and are certain that your decision will not be changed, it would make more sense to end your life immediately than wait two more miserable decades. There is a narrative that suggests that people who have decided to end their lives can accept the inevitable death that comes with old age.

Warning: Spoilers

In a moment, I will be revealing the ending of a recent podcast titled \”The 200-year-old\”–an interesting and, all-in-all, rejuvenation-friendly series.
