Model mice can be rejuvenated by activating just one gene
Researchers report in a recent study published in Aging Cell that activation of the Yamanaka Factor Oct4 led to partial reprogramming in cells. This rejuvenation was seen in both these cells as well as in a mouse-model of premature aging.
