Sabine Hossenfelder, a German theoretical scientist, is also a science communicator and a YouTuber. She is also the author of Lost in Math – How beauty can lead physics awry, which explores elegance in cosmology and fundamental physics, as well as Existential Physics – A Scientist’s Guide to Life’s Biggest Questions.

Sabine has published over 80 research papers on the foundations of Physics, from cosmology and quantum foundations to particle physics. Her work has been published in Scientific American Nautilus The New York Times and The Guardian.

Sabine is also a freelance science writer. She runs the YouTube channel Science Without the Gobbledygook where she debunks nonsense and discusses recent scientific advances. A separate YouTube channel features music that she records and writes.
