Study finds that chemical compounds can reverse the aging of cells
NewsNation reports that a new study has found compounds which can reverse the effects on aging. However, so far the results are limited to animal experiments.
The study was published in the journal Aging by scientists from Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Researchers discovered that it is possible to reverse the cellular engineering process rather than just delay it.
Six chemical compounds were used to reverse the aging of cells. They returned them to their youthful state, without causing them to go too far back and become cancerous.
