Tesla Dojo supercomputer finally arriving next month
Tesla has announced that its Dojo supercomputer will finally be put into production in the next month. The Dojo is expected to take Tesla’s self-driving efforts to a whole new level.
Dojo is Tesla’s custom supercomputer built from scratch for AI machine-learning and, specifically, video training using video data from its fleet.
Tesla already has one of the largest and most powerful supercomputers in the world based on NVIDIA GPUs. But the new Dojo computer is custom-built using chips, as well as an infrastructure that was designed by Tesla.
