Which is better, to reduce carbs or fat? According to a new study published by the Journal of the American Medical Association in the Journal of the American Medical Association it doesn’t seem to matter.

Researchers led by Christopher Gardner of Stanford University School of Medicine followed 609 obese adults aged 18-50. Researchers put study participants, which included equal numbers of women and men, on a low carb diet or a low fat diet for a period of 12 months.
