Pilot Study Results Suggestions Epigenetic Age Reversal

3 things:

1. The company claims to have reduced the average epigenetic age (17 people) of participants by 8.5 years using its Rejuvant dietary supplement.

2. This has not yet been proven in human trials. The company is preparing for a large-scale trial to be launched later this year.

3. I would like to know if the telomeres are reset.

We want to share a recent press release by Ponce de Leon Health, which discusses the results of the pilot consumer trial the company recently completed. The company claims to have reduced the epigenetic ages of participants on average by 8.5 years using its Rejuvant dietary supplement.

Ponce de Leon Health first worked with Dr. Brian Kennedy who, at that time, was based at Buck Institute for Research on Aging. They searched for compounds that are generally recognized as safe but have the potential to influence the aging of mammals. The company tested over 300 GRAS substances and identified compounds which could modulate pathways linked to aging. These compounds affected the mTOR pathways, blocked proinflammatory secretions produced by senescent cell, affected genomic stability pathway, aided ammonia detoxification and supported protein homeostasis.

Dr. Kennedy joined Ponce de Leon Health in the role of Chief Scientific Officer. The company is now testing and preparing for translation to humans. Its strategy was to test the products on mammalian model organisms that closely mimic human aging to give us the best chance to translate beneficial results.
