Two to three cups of coffee a day can have an unexpected effect on your longevity
Included are instant and decaffeinated coffees.
According to a new study by Australian scientists, drinking two or three cups of instant, decaffeinated coffee, either ground or instant, can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
In a press release, Professor Peter Kistler, the study’s author, said that ground, instant and decaffeinated were all associated with similar reductions in cardiovascular disease and deaths from cardiovascular diseases or other causes.
The results indicate that a moderate to mild intake of instant, ground and decaffeinated espresso coffee is part of a healthy life style.
