MRI scans with AI decoding what we think? This study provides answers
Is it possible to read minds? This is an age-old question that has many unproven answers. Even those who study psychology claim to be able to understand the other person’s words as they study brain functions and mental processes.
The study published in Nature Neuroscience attempts to address this issue. Scientists have claimed that they have found a way to decode a series of words in the mind using MRI scans, artificial intelligence, and other technologies.
The study, titled \”Semantic Reconstruction of Continuous Language from Non-Invasive Brain Recordings\” noted that while the system does not replicate every word it will reconstruct the essence of what the person hears or thinks. The study was published by the journal Nature Neuroscience.
