What are the keys for \”optimal\” or \”successful aging?\” The study tracked more than 7,000 Canadians aged between middle age and older for three years in order to determine the factors that are linked to our well-being.

Researchers found that women who were married, physically fit, did not smoke, and had high incomes were more likely than others to have excellent health over the course of the study. They were also less likely to suffer from insomnia, heart disease, or arthritis.
