Mammalian target of Rapamycin Kinase
This week, I will continue to follow the theme of my previous topics and examine mTOR. This protein is crucial for the day-to-day function. Many people use terms, words, strategies and subjects that require a basic knowledge of the subject. I created a resource to help you brush up on the fundamentals. Should you try to limit mTOR, or stimulate it? What will I get if I try? Is it a short-term strategy or lifestyle goal? What is the current state of science? All of these questions may be ones that you or your friends have asked, or heard, but have not been able to answer in a concise or complete manner. Hopefully, this will reduce the issues. Next week, I’ll be taking a look at its partner, AMPK. Together, they balance out like a playground swing… Until then have a great day.
This video will explain what mTOR does and how to use it for your goals. Controlling it allows us to achieve the balance that we need to live a healthy, long life. The balance of maximising anti-aging to help with longevity is unique to each individual and varies according to their goals and objectives.
This video will help you find your own path by showing how these systems interact and interrelate.
