Blueprint is an experiment that will test whether or not it is possible to remain the same age biologically. It is necessary to slow down the aging process as much as you can and then reverse any aging that’s already occurred. My current speed of aging (DunedinPACE) is.76. This means that I age by 277 days for every 365-day year. Every 365 days, I want to stay the same biological age.

Blueprint is a book that appears to be about wellness, health and aging. It’s more of a philosophy to me.

Blueprint was created when I began to overeat at night due to the stress and strain of my everyday life. I was a young entrepreneur, father of three children, had to leave a religion that I was raised in, suffered from chronic depression, etc… I couldn’t stop myself every night after 7 pm. My health and wellbeing were rapidly deteriorating and my aging was speeding up. I eventually fired ‘Evening Bryan,’ and took away his authority to make decisions from 7 PM to 10 PM each night.

I can imagine a world where self-harm is not accepted as normal. One of the most important goals for the 21st Century may be to avoid self-harm systematically and reliably. Is it really so silly that we harm ourselves individually and collectively? It’s strange that we have become so accustomed to it, that we cheer it on.

This simple principle can help us become our best selves and create a better future for all. The Blueprint plan is for this.
