Magnetic field technology captures a drug’s’song.’
Magnetic fields are everywhere. Magnetic fields are everywhere. They exist wherever there is an electric current. They have been used for many decades in medicine. Magnetic fields are currently used for applications such as magnetic resonance imaging, bone fracture repair and wound healing.
EMulate Therapeutics, a US-based startup, has taken things a little further. They have developed a magnetic field technology which has been proven to mimic the effects of drugs on humans and animals models – all without chemicals. The company has spun out companies that are involved in cancer treatment, pain management, and more. It is now looking for partners to help it develop applications of its technology related to longevity.
Longevity. Technology: The concept of EMulate’s approach is amazing. The company records the electromagnetic signatures of molecules, and then uses these recordings to change cellular behavior without chemicals. EMulate has successfully completed clinical trials using its technology to treat adults and children suffering from terminal brain cancer. The recording used was derived by paclitaxel, a chemotherapy drug. Chris Rivera, CEO of EMulate, was interviewed to learn more.
