AI can help you ask better questions — and solve bigger problems
AI is still viewed by most companies as a tool to reduce the cost and inefficiency of repetitive human work and increase an organization’s capacity to process and analyze mountains of data. When combined with \”soft\” skills, it can help people to ask better questions and become more innovative.
Two distinct but related paths exist to achieve this. AI can be used to increase the speed, variety and novelty of questions. AI can be used to change the environment and conditions in which people work, allowing them to ask questions that will spark change – what we call \”catalytic questions\”. This forces leaders to step out of their comfort zone and force them to be intellectually incorrect, emotionally uncomfortable and more reflective.
