Wendy’s is introducing an AI chatbot for drive-through orders
Wendy’s is the latest to join Snapchat. AI is a threat to everyone.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the fast food chain is using an artificial intelligence chatbot for drive-through ordering. The chatbot is based on Google’s Natural Language Processing software, and it has been trained to understand customer orders. The chatbot will be officially launched in Columbus, Ohio in a Wendy’s owned by the company in June.
