In this episode I speak with world-renowned biolog David Sinclair on aging and longevity. David Sinclair rejects the idea that health decline is part of aging and says that aging itself is a disease that we must reverse. How will a reset to our biological clocks impact our relationships, our responses to adversity and morality? And how do we live our lives afterward? We also discuss death, evolution and genetics.
